Face to Face Support:
You will benefit from someone to talk to who understands the difficulties you are facing. Someone to listen and help identify what support you feel would be most effective, and then either provide that help or assist you in accessing it.
Phone line Support
If you prefer you can receive support over the phone. Our phone line is staffed by women who will listen and help you identify the best way forward for you. The support line is staffed from 9.00am - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times you can leave a message on our confidential answer phone and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Specialist Support for BME women
We have a specialist worker who can speak Urdu/Punjabe. She offers practical and emotional support to women from many different cultures and will ensure that women have access to appropriate information and support.
