Our whole business services women with the products we offer, with 100% of our revenue coming from women across the UK and internationally.

We are so lucky to be in an opportunity where we can give something back to women in our area but mostly raise awareness of  such issues and the need for continuous support in generating funds year on year to ensure the work My Sisters Place offers, can continue.”

TAD WEB SOLUTIONS

TAD Web solutions are a Teesside based web consultancy employing the “magic of geekery”

Tad Web Solutions provide bespoke web-based solutions for a range of clients throughout the UK. From complex data-driven Software, eCommerce Solutions and intuitive Web Design, Tad Web Solutions improve businesses through Automation, Productivity and Innovation.

Ian Elcoate, Managing Director  explains:

“There are two main reasons I have chosen MSP. Firstly, I am a proud Teessider, Middlebrough born and bred, but ashamed that my birthplace is one of the worst places for domestic abuse. Secondly, we work in a sector that is massively male dominated, programming, where very few qualified female graduates come through and those that do tend to go to bigger companies with higher salaries. It is therefore difficult to address the gender imbalance in my company, as we are all geeks, and as someone who actively promotes and campaigns for equality it seems right and proper to demonstrate this as a company in some way – MSP allows us to do that.”
