The Freedom Programme is a 6 week programme that explores different personas of a perpetrator of domestic abuse, looks at the impacts of domestic abuse and the beliefs of a perpetrator. Early warning signs of domestic abuse are also explored.
My Sisters Place offer various group programmes to survivors of domestic abuse to support empowerment, aiming to raise awareness of domestic abuse and increase the understanding of the impact of domestic abuse.
Stepping Stones is a women’s group created and designed by women to provide a space to explore, talk, express, learn, share, educate, empower and inspire in an empathic, confidential and safe space that encourages personal growth through insight, understanding and knowledge.
It is open to women 16 years and over who have experienced abuse in any form either as adults, children or both.
The group meets face to face every Tuesday from 10 am to 12pm and is open to new members each week. Come along and see what you think.

The Life Enhancement Skills Advisors (LESA) is a service that we have developed which can offer practical help and support to existing ARCH clients, helping you to overcome these difficulties.
Working alongside our other services, our LESA advisors are here to make sure you get all the practical support you may need. They can help identify any areas you may be struggling with and will work with you to create an action plan to assist you in all aspects of day-to-day life such as:

This service is only available to people who are currently registered with ARCH and receiving a counselling or ISVA service.
